1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between SP Digicloud Private Limited ("Service Provider", "we" or "us") and the user ("you") of the WASP mobile application ("App").

WASP is a proprietary B2C mobile application of SP Digicloud Private Limited designed to help users discover and connect with local businesses and services.

By downloading, installing, or using WASP, you:

• Warrant that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian (if under 18) and understand them
• Warrant that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or (if under 18) have parental permission to use the App
• Agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms

2. About WASP

WASP is a modern mobile application designed to bridge the gap between local communities and the businesses that serve them. WASP makes it simple for users to discover, connect with, and utilize a wide range of local services—from pharmacies and grocery stores to tailors and doctors—all from the convenience of their smartphone.

• Local Business Discovery using postal code or area name
• Comprehensive business listings with contact information
• One-tap connectivity via WhatsApp, phone calls, and Google Maps
• Category filters for easy navigation
• Home service indicators

3. Google Sign-In Requirement

3.1 Mandatory Authentication

WASP uses Google Sign-In as its sole method for account authentication. This is a mandatory step for using the App. You cannot create a WASP account without signing in with Google.

3.2 Why Google Sign-In

We use Google Sign-In for the following purposes:

• Security: Leveraging Google's secure authentication system protects your account from unauthorized access
• Simplicity: No need to create or remember a separate password
• Age Verification: To ensure compliance with minimum age requirements (13 years)

3.3 Permissions and Data Access

When you sign in with Google, we request access to:

• Basic Profile Information: Name, email address, and profile picture - used to create and personalize your user profile
• Year of Birth and Gender: Used to verify you meet the minimum age requirement of 13 years

Data Usage: The information obtained from Google is used solely for account creation, personalization, and safety verification within the App. We do not share this information with third-party services.

4. License and Restrictions

In consideration for your agreement to these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, revocable license to access and use the App.

You may not:

• Resell, assign, transfer, or provide others access to the App
• Copy, alter, modify, create derivative works, or reproduce the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or tamper with trademarks, copyright notices, or identification
• Use the App in breach of any law or regulation
• Use the App for spam, phishing, or unauthorized activities
• Interfere with App performance, security, or infrastructure

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the Google Sign-In process
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your Google account
• Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use WASP to:

• Violate legal rights of any person
• Engage in criminal activities
• Breach intellectual property or privacy laws
• Introduce malicious programs or viruses
• Make fraudulent offers or representations
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Breach the privacy of businesses or individuals
• Conduct unauthorized scraping or data extraction

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By using WASP, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• We collect account information, usage metrics, and location data
• Data obtained from Google Sign-In is used only for account management and age verification
• We do not sell your personal data
• We use third-party services (Google Firebase) under strict confidentiality agreements

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, software, designs, and documentation related to WASP remain the exclusive property of SP Digicloud Private Limited or its licensors.

You may not use our branding, logos, or trademarks without express written consent. The App shall display "Powered by spdigicloud.in" as appropriate.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimers

WASP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The information provided by businesses is accurate or complete
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 6 months
• We are not liable for third-party conduct, content, or services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SP Digicloud, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WASP:

• If you violate these Terms or applicable laws
• If required by legal or regulatory authorities
• If we discontinue the App or service

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Age Restrictions

WASP is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
